It
then took two years for the idea to become a reality. The premises,
an old house in need of serious work, were found and work began.
Ian & bella, with a lot of help from friends and family,
completely and singlehandely renovated the chalet and converted
it into what it is today: A cosy and friendly restaurant and
bar serving fondues of all varieties and types as well as more
traditional food.
The
Fondue Lodge, open since November 1999, is located in the village
of Arinsal
(altidude 1.445m), already internationally renowned for being
a popular winter ski & sports resort as well as for its
natural spring water "Aigua d'Arinsal"
